Series consists of planning statements for each major program or administrative area in the Education Department: Administration; Center on Innovation; Vocational Rehabilitation; Research and Evaluation; Cultural Education; Higher and Professional Education; Science and Technology; Educational Finance and Management Services; Intercultural Relations in Education; Elementary, Secondary and Continuing Education; Regents Examination and Scholarship Center; plus a general planning statement. These planning statements were prepared in accordance with the Planning-Programming-Budgeting System and include narrative statements and statistical and financial tables.
